1:Why I can't add the products to my shopping car?

2:Why shipping fee some items expensive?
As we are in different country,not in USA and european countries,so delivery to your country by express shipping fee have min package size calculate.shipping fee more expensive than USA Delivery.However,buy more,the average shipping fee much cheaper,so could buy sets products together,such as pen,ampoule,and f!llers together!
3:When the order be shipped after payment?How long arrive at usually?
We delivery to more than 150 countries.As different time between us,we will delivery within 1-2 working days.by Fedex,Or DHL,Or UPS.depand on different items,we will choose the best one delivery.after delivery,around 4-7 days arrive at.
4:How do I know you delivery or not?
Usually We will delivery after 1-2 working days after recieve your order(except custom items).And will update on system,you will receive email confirm with track number.then you could track it on official website to track its state.such as by Fedex,could track from:www.fedex.com, if by DHL delivery,could track from:www.dhl.com
5:Why the track number show no any update?
System sometimes delay update,after you get the track number,maybe need waiting 1-3 days update.But don't worry,Upon we give the track number,the whole process around 4-7 days arrive at.As it is has normal delivery!if have doubts of it,feel free messgae us FB,Whastapp,IG,email etc.we will reply within 24 hours.

We ship worldwide.don't worry,just place order in normal.
7:Do I need pay others fee after payment?
Different countries have different custom rule,some countries need pay tax,such as european countries.
we only charge item fee and shipping fee.help you delivery,and buyer will responsible for clearance of the items and tax may happened.
8:If my items are detained by custom.who is responsible for clearance of the items?
If items are detained by buyer custom,Buyer will responsible for clearance of the items.

we will reply you within 24 hours.help you judge the problem.if quality problem within 30 days after received,we will refund to you or exchange a new one for you.
If exceed 30 days,depand on situation,you may return the items,we help you repair for free,you pay return shipping fee and send again shipping fee.Or if can't repair,you could buy a new one in lower price support.
10:How do I return the items if I don't like it?
If you don't like item after receive them,you could return them to us within 30days.buyer pay the send shipping fee and return shipping fee.we will refund the items value only.
